Front Desk Receptionist
A fun and exciting opportunity to engage with pets and their parents! The primary job is to meet and exceed our clients expectation's of customer service and their pet's care. Receptionists are key players who are responsible for creating a good first and last impression to all clients and potential clients. The Receptionist performs a variety of client services and administrative duties to ensure that clients receive top-quality service. Exceptional data entry and computer skills required. A positive, can-do attitude is essential!
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet all clients, ascertain their needs, and assist accordingly
-Maintain a courteous and professional attitude and work station
-Answering multiple phones and managing office reception
-Act as liaison between front and back of house
-Maintain pet medical records accurately
Qualifications:
-Ability to exercise good judgment, works well with others
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software and office equipment
