**Job Summary:**

As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff. **Duties:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food truck, including supervising kitchen staff, servers, and hosts.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies, and managing stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of daily specials and menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized food truck, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of cash security.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to kitchen staff, including training and coaching.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
