Recruiting Generalist
We are seeking a full-time Recruiting Generalist to support our Firm’s Human Resources Department in all lateral hiring functions. This position focuses on sourcing and pipelining for new talent, and helping the Firm grow and develop our recruiting processes. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment and has a genuine passion for finding and bringing quality talent to the organization.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition process, working closely with hiring managers to identify departmental needs
- Proactively source potential candidates to maintain a continuous talent pool
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to attract quality candidates
- Manage candidates’ experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare regular status and pipeline reports for the Director of Human Resources
- Provide support to the Director of Human Resources in day-to-day activities
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment
- Perform other Human Resource-related duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with legal staff recruitment is required
- Proven experience with utilizing passive recruitment strategies and active recruitment strategies
- Superior organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to easily build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with staff and outside parties
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
