POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, providing technical product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Sales Activities: Conduct outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, follow up on proposals, set appointments, potentially attend trade shows, and handle inbound inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Order Management: Process orders, monitor progress, expedite, and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
- Pricing: Manage numerous price lists, review periodically for required updates.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team sales targets.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience of inside sales, preferably in an industrial or technical sales environment.
