Summary:
Join our marketing team and be a part of exciting golf simulator projects that help drive our success. Your primary responsibility will be getting your hands dirty with rough-cut video editing. You will work closely with our talented videographer to develop video scripts, storyboards, and film content. Then you’ll bring that content into social cuts.

The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate Proficiency in Video Editing: Having a knack for knowing which parts of filming are usable and cutting it with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve will help you shine in this role.
- Understand the Importance of File Organization: Knowing how to ingest media for editing, sync clips for audio, organize and prepare b-roll clips, curate digital assets (ex. music).
- Be Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms and the ability to brainstorm compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Display Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in crafting well-structured, error-free written content, including social media posts and marketing materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must to create engaging content and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Be a Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively within a team, take feedback positively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Be Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in common software and tools used in marketing, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Hubspot, and social media management platforms.
- Have Enthusiasm for Marketing: A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- Experience in video editing, Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
- High level of comfort with computers and various software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge or an eagerness to learn about digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, videography, email marketing, and analytic measurements
- Reliable transportation to and from the office and local off-site shoots
- An interest in or curiosity about golf is a plus, but not a strict requirement
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
Expected hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Expected Period: June through August
Work setting: In-person at 1650 Putman Pkwy, Milton, WI 53563, plus local off-site shoots
