Window Cleaning Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow all procedures to safely and effectively clean all window types using up to a 32 ft ladder.
- Ensure window tracks and window screens have been cleaned up to standard.
- Safely and effectively set up/operate water-fed pole for window cleaning, assist others as needed.
- Independently set-up equipment and follow all repelling procedures for safe and effective high-rise cleaning.
House/Roof/Power Washing Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow safety procedures in prepping work area to proactively mitigate risk of property damage.
- Follow all safety procedures to effectively wash roofs.
- Independently prepare chemicals; safely and effectively operate pressure washing machines.
Miscellaneous Cleaning Duties:
- Follow all procedures to safely and effectively clean mirrors/light fixtures, using up to a 32ft ladder.
- Follow all procedures to safely and effectively clean gutters and properly dispose of debris.
Holiday Lighting- Seasonal Duties:
- Follow all safety procedures in prepping work area to proactively mitigate risk.
- Ensure customer's holiday lighting vision becomes reality.
- Ensure all electrical equipment is in safe working order and set up in the most efficient design.
- Follow all safety procedures pertaining to needed roof and/or ladder work to effectively set up or take down lighting and decor.
Other Duties:
- Responsible for all equipment readiness, maintenance, storage and inventory.
- Unload, load, and safely secure equipment in truck to prepare for a job and at the job site.
- Safely drive company vehicle, with and without towing trailer, to and from job site while abiding by all applicable traffic laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with customers upon arrival to include: greeting, scope of work, potential add-ons, pricing and estimated time of completion.
- Immediately communicate with customer any identified issues and/or potential concerns and work toward a resolution, when applicable, escalating to operations manager only as a last resort.
- Neatly and legibly complete required paperwork to include estimates, invoices, and receipts
- At the completion of each job, collect payment from customers or explain payment options.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to observe and adhere to all industry and worksite safety regulations/requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Adept at establishing professional relationships with customers and coworkers and the prompt resolution of problems/conflicts as they occur.
Minimum requirements:
- 1+ years window cleaning and power washing experience
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA Certification (Completed within the first 30 days of employment)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
