Key Responsibilities:
● Email Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing
campaigns across various objectives, including lead generation, sales
promotions, product launches, event registrations, content distribution, and
membership engagement.
● List Building Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow and segment
email subscriber lists, ensuring quality leads and maximizing engagement.
● Copywriting Expertise: Write persuasive and engaging email copy that aligns
with our brand voice and effectively drives recipients to take desired actions,
such as signing up for strategy sessions, purchasing products/courses, or joining
events.
● CRM Management: Utilize Keap (or another CRM system) proficiently to manage
contacts, create tags, set up workflows, and automate email sequences based
on customer behaviors and segmentation.
● Website Integration: Collaborate with the web team to integrate email capture
forms, track user behavior, and optimize landing pages for conversion.
● Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and
CTAs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign
performance.
● Retargeting Strategies: Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage users
who have interacted with previous emails or visited specific web pages.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign
performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and
achieve KPIs.
●Graphic Design Proficiency: Ability to create or edit graphics and images as
needed for email campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness.
● Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and
emerging technologies in email marketing and automation to suggest innovative
strategies and tools.
Requirements:
●7-10 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B
environment.
●Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Keap) and CRM systems.
●Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive email
content.
Experience in creating and managing automated email workflows and
sequences.
●Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
●Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
●Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
●Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
