This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions, optimizing revenue management solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also analyze data and trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital/institutional billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Client-focused mindset and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with healthcare coding and medical billing systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
