The Material Handler/Driver is responsible for coordinating and delivering materials according to project phase to designated job sites. This position also reviews related information to determine material requirements and to identify and track materials.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Manage the flow of materials to job sites according to production schedules.
- Effective management materials on job level
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Act independently and originate new approaches to problems.
- Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work.
- Work under stress with commitment to deadlines.
- Sustain interpersonal relationships, which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.
- Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain Company information in a confidential manner.
- Attends work regularly and on time with a minimum of tardiness and absences and adheres to Company policies and procedures regarding absences and tardiness. Provides adequate notice to higher management with respect to vacation time and time-off requests.

- Typical hours of operation 7:00 am – 4:00 pm / Monday – Friday
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable with Company insurance company
- Construction experience preferred but not required.

- Ability to climb up and down steps.
- The position requires lifting heavy objects (up to 75+ pounds) on a consistent basis.
- This position requires working in an outdoors environment.
- Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
