In this role, you will:
- Welcome and check in/out pet parents and patients
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Manage all incoming communications (phone calls/messages, texts, emails, app) and provide appropriate responses and information, acting as the liaison between pet parents and doctors
- Maintain digital medical records
- Prepare invoices, estimates, and collect payments

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or customer service representative at an animal hospital
- Familiarity with Cornerstone, Weave, and/or PetDesk software is a plus
- Candidates with comparable qualifications will also be considered
Availability:
- Full-time and part-time position available, both of which require some evening and weekend shifts
