Ad Focus, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will work with well-known National and International brands and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospect to close. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, follow-up, pitch proposals, negotiating, writing contracts, QC’ing creative, managing and finally, executing OOH ad campaigns. This is a long-term, full-time (40+ hours/week) position. Responsibilities:
- Develop new business contacts and grow your account base and client list through prospecting, researching, emailing, calling, networking, and closing sales.
- Handle warm incoming leads in a timely & professional manner.
- Work with team to construct pipeline and focus efforts in order to streamline the sales process and path to success
- Build solid relationships with clients/agencies/brands and understand their needs in order to provide the best available options.
- Develop and present customized proposals.
- Fill out & submit RFPs by the deadline requested.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of ad campaigns, from contract to close, including providing POP (Proof of Performance) reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organization, written and verbal skills required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and change tactics or priority on the fly.
- Must be comfortable and capable of presenting to clients (via phone, video or in person).
- Be a team player with positive outlook.
- Friendly, out-going personality a must!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive, un-capped, high commission structure (desire to make $125,000+/year).
