The Intake Support Specialist values the importance of providing a red-carpet experience and demonstrates it with every client interaction. They are often client’s first impression with our firm.

Organize calendar of scheduled appts for the day

Making sure client's fingerprints are being properly processed (Fillable FP forms, FPs, Auths)

Fingerprints are being submitted as soon as it is converted to a MATTER.

Taking FF payments

Going to the Bank to deposit money/Send email of Deposit to Finance (if needed)

Reviewing "Send Welcome Kit Queue"

Making sure team is sending WK's in a timely fashion

Reviewing "FP Received" Queue

Submitting backlog of all FPs found from "FP Received" Queue

Filling out "Admin Run Chart" for their office

Reviewing completed tasks of their IOC's, and holding them accountable

Making sure IOCs are using checklists for their work to prevent from mistakes happening.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a Law Firm a plus
- Ruthless attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Salary: $19 - $21 / hour
