Strategic Marketing Manager- Behavioral Health (Remote)
The Strategic Marketing Manager, Behavioral Health, will play a pivotal role on the marketing team as owner of the Behavioral Health market presence of SimiTree. This person will drive an upgraded and expanded presence in the Behavioral Health industry both digitally and across key organizational partnerships.

To provide our clients with an opportunity to focus on core operations, SimiTree provides outsourcing services for Coding and OASIS reviews, Billing and Collections, and full Revenue Cycle services. SimiTree's client base ranges from small, community-based agencies to publicly traded national chains. We have both the technical expertise and the real-world experience to implement seamless solutions that assist agencies in a rapidly changing operational and regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Plans
- Develop and execute a quarterly marketing plan, getting buy-in from all key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the support team for graphics, content, and conference execution.
- Utilize market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies that give your solutions better positioning in the market for the targeted demographics.
Content
- Create and implement keyword strategy and work with content creators to support a content strategy that drives thought leadership and improved website analytics.
- Work with contractors and collaborate with team to drive content development based on the above strategy.
Collaboration
- Daily collaboration with various stakeholders, such as sales teams, solution leaders, and creative professionals.
Accountability
- Create and distribute regular reporting showing true ROI that draws a line from spend to revenue by campaigns and campaign assets.
Competencies/Behaviors:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Experience with marketing automation, Pardot / Marketing Cloud experience.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with key stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research in an organized effort to gather information about target markets and customers.
- Experience with keyword research and creating a content strategy.
- Experience with Monday.com for project management.
- Expert organizational skills to stay on top of ongoing projects.
- Advanced email marketing to current and prospective customers with ability to compose intriguing and compelling subject lines and call-to-actions that drive increased engagement.
- The ability to perform in a growth-mode company is required in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – the ability to ask and answer the right questions in the right way at the right time.
- Ability to be adaptable, often changing actions, course, or approach in order to suit a new situation.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary range/ Benefits:
$85,000- $115,000 annually
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
