We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. M-F; 10 am to 6 pm
$20 -$24 depending on experience and interview
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using MS office software for managing customer interactions
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling high call volumes and assisting sales team with support when needed.
