Transformative Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its team. This person is a key resource for Transformative Healthcare Solutions and is essential to achieve the organization's goals. The Business Development Representative will be a liaison between the clinicians and facilities and be responsible for maintaining a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. The Business Development Representative will support the organization by delivering core services to existing and potential facilities and contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of all services. In working with internal and external contacts, he/she must have an innate passion for learning while excelling at being mindful of details in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business leads.
· Secure new contracts with health plans for a portfolio of behavioral health services (residential and outpatient).
· Participate in contract negotiations when necessary/appropriate.
· Establish and support communication and rapport with potential and existing clients to encourage a positive, long-term, working relationship.
· Responsible for assessing potential prospects’ viability by gathering information on company history, marketing budget, client background, and potential conflicts of interest.
· Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
· Effectively use ZOHO Client Relations Management software to update client accounts, stay efficient, and organize.
· Create and manage a target list of potential new business opportunities.
· Provide required support for the organization’s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management.
· Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are supported.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· A minimum of two years of progressive sales experience within the healthcare field is highly desired but not needed.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
