The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a busy multifaceted position that requires a dynamic personality to manage day-to-day front office activities. The CSR also works in conjunction with the Service Department as well as the Delivery Drivers to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multiple phone lines and handling customer requests.
- First line of support for customer needs.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and perform required tasks.
- Problem-solve and resolve customer issues.
- Take orders, perform data entry, and greet walk-in customers.
- Provide quotes, and assist with customer installations and service work.
- Experience with Excel, Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Back Office Software is required.
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work and interact well with others.
- Ability to resolve customer issues while remaining professional and calm.
- Detail-oriented and able to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual is not a requirement but is an advantage.
