Job Title: Implementation/Case Build Specialist
The Implementation/Case Build Specialist plays a crucial role in configuring back-end software,
conducting testing, providing technical support, and completing assigned technical projects. The
primary objective will be to translate client-defined specifications and requirements into a
deliverable product by efficiently setting up and configuring back-end software. Upholding the
security and confidentiality of client data in accordance with company policy and HIPAA
requirements is imperative. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues is essential, and one will need to
prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure client satisfaction within set
timelines.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and translate project specifics, insurance plan designs, eligibility, and
census
information into a deliverable product within established configuration guidelines and timeline
milestones
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information
throughout systems and processes
Research errors and system anomalies
Accurately complete assigned tasks without extensive supervision
Participate in and facilitate team meetings and training sessions as needed
Think critically and innovate on the best approaches to achieve our mission
Advocate for improved task execution and increased efficiency across teams
Set high standards of performance for oneself, demonstrating attention to detail
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a structured and organized manner
Mid to high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Computer/tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies
Associate degree or two years of experience in an organization emphasizing technological
development and significant utilization
Preferred Skills:
Experience with the Selerix BenSelect platform
Background in online insurance or benefits administration
Familiarity with Microsoft Access
Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
