As North Georgia Replacement Windows continues to grow, they are adding additional team members. It’s an exciting time! They are seeking to fill the Accounting Administrator & Data Entry Specialist position which is a brand new role for them. This Accounting Administrator will ensure that data from all purchase agreements is entered correctly and in a timely manner into Salesforce. In addition to receiving and processing all purchase agreements, this individual will be handling cost allocations as well. Accuracy and attention to detail are key components of this position.

Overall Responsibilities
- Process purchase agreements with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents when necessary.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Manager, or other members of the management team.
- Work with customers who are financing to ensure proper documentation is provided and signatures are obtained.
- Work with finance companies on set up, revisions, and collections of all financed accounts.
- Work with all cash accounts to ensure timely collection of both deposits and final payments.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all A/R related Salesforce tasks.
- Responsible for logging all deposits into QuickBooks, along with performing remote bank deposits when required.
- Ensure all accounts remain current and in good standing with NGRW.
- Process weekly installer bills.
- Responsible for updating all Salesforce tasks related to A/P.
Experience and General Requirements
- Minimum of three years previous experience working with job costing software (preferably QuickBooks and Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or other directly related degree, required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, preferred, but not required.
- Average proficiency and working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Docs.
- Extensive knowledge or the ability to obtain knowledge of NGRW products and materials.
- Working experience in a team environment.
- Knowledge of windows, doors and/or construction, advantageous.
