We are a growing commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through B2B sales efforts and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Participate in local events and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment (B2B sales preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
