JOB SUMMARY:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and securing business relationships.
Serves as an ambassador of Personal Touch Home Care within the communities and on our online platforms to identify and grow our pool/inventory of patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements,
· Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
· Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Utilizes all marketing tools to add to online presence and engagement geared to grow the business.
· Keep abreast of competitive products and their selling features.
· Makes effective use of sales tools to promote sales and effectively conducts presentations.
· Maintains up-to-date client/referral records.
· Generates and submits weekly and periodical reports, e.g., pacing/trending leads etc. to Intake Director
· Effectively educates physicians, discharge planners, families, and the community at large on home care services/benefits.
· Participates in community activities and acts as an Agency representative.
· Represents the Agency in a professional and ethical manner.
· Performs additional duties as requested based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field and/or at least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in business development in the home care field.
