Job Opportunity: We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll handle various aspects of case management, including answering incoming calls, managing new client intakes, following up on pending cases, and providing support throughout the retention process. You'll also ensure our case management system is updated with all relevant information and assist with CRM functions and settings to optimize efficiency. Your sharp attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills will be essential as you collaborate closely with team members to ensure high client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:

Answer Incoming Calls: Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Complete Intake Forms: Accurately and efficiently complete detailed online intake forms for new cases.

Case Management: Oversee the progression of cases, including follow-ups and scheduling meetings.

Maintain Systems: Utilize your organizational skills to keep our case management system and CRM functions up to date.

Support Team Members: Assist with various logistical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Special Projects: Spearhead initiatives such as article writing, social media, and internal projects based on your bandwidth and skillset.
What You Bring:

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and prior experience answering the telephone in a professional setting.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Monday - Friday; Full-Time

Start Time: 8 am or 9 am Central
