Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant/Data Entry Specialist. This position will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our executive team while also assisting with data entry tasks to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining company records and databases.
- Medical data entry with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and support departmental goals.
- Determine the needs of each office to ensure they remain fully stocked by ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive assistant or data entry specialist.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.72 - $19.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
