We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our District Team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year plus bonus opportunities
Hours: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Assist in developing and executing recruiting plans to meet staffing goals.
Utilize recruitment channels and techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the organization.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
Work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or within a staffing agency is desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Must be experienced with social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Eventual licensing as a producer in Property and Casualty and Life and Health
