Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $24- $32 per class.

- Lead group fitness classes
- Design individualized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and nutrition
- Provide sports coaching and motivation to help clients stay engaged and committed
- Assist in fitness sales by promoting classes and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Experience in program design and implementation
- Proficiency in a variety of fitness disciplines including yoga, kickboxing, cycling, and group fitness
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Knowledge of body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in fitness sales or customer service roles

THE POSITION
We're looking for high-quality energetic fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio.

- Expertise in coaching movement patterns, functional training and corrective exercises.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and motivating members while leading them through predetermined workouts
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
- Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
- Light service desk responsibilities
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
- Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Set up, break down, clean and store equipment around studio floor before and/or after classes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA etc
- Group Fitness/Yoga certifications are not acceptable
- Preferably have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
- Must be able to work mornings and/or evenings as well as weekends
- Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
