Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals to market the company and increase brand recognition. This candidate would be instrumental in generating leads and new business. They would maintain relationships with clients and be a main point of contact during the build process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Devise and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market presence
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels and prospecting methods
· Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and cultivate professional connections
· Assist in developing marketing materials to showcase our offerings and engage potential clients
· Schedule and plan relator event and socials
· Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals including interior design firms, realtors, financial advisors, building managers and architects.
· Managing and tracking all sales leads
· Serve as a point of contact with clients from introduction to completion
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
The Business Development Representative MUST have an active Florida Real Estate License.
