Job Summary: As a Project Associate, you will be working within alliantgroup’s Energy Incentives (179D) division to coordinate site visits for professional engineers by working closely with various departments to ensure all necessary arrangements are made and documents are available prior to site visits.
Working Environment: In-office (not remote)
Location: Houston, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate site visits for professional engineers, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful visits.

Review construction documents to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits.

Work closely with the government relations team to support relationships with building owners.

Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and government relations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project goals.

Demonstrate a dynamic personality and unparalleled sense of urgency in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Present information effectively and professionally to stakeholders at all levels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience (sales experience not required)

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners.

Proven ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.

Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information
