- Confirm patient appointments and assist with completing necessary forms.
- Communicate appointment details and follow-up instructions to patients.
- Schedule re-care or restorative appointments for patients as needed.
- Verify and submit insurance information for patients.
- Update and maintain accurate medical history information.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and staff.
- Monitor and manage medical records email correspondence.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service, support, and patient education.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Charismatic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
