Summary
We are seeking to add a full-time therapist (LCSW) who is passionate about serving older adults to our clinical team. Therapy services are provided primarily in person in our West Rogers Park or Deerfield offices as well as via video telehealth. Therapists may also provide therapy in client homes on a very limited basis. CJE’s Counseling Services team has realistic caseload expectations with an emphasis on work/life balance and no evenings or weekend hours required.
We are excited to expand our mission-driven team of skilled clinicians who are committed to providing high quality individual psychotherapy to older adults within a dynamic community agency setting. We are especially interested in adding a team member with some couples and family therapy experience. There are also opportunities to provide group therapy based on professional interest.
We strongly believe that no therapist should do this work alone and we strive to provide an affirming and supportive culture in which social work professionals can grow and thrive!
Therapists receive group and individual clinical supervision weekly to enhance clinical skills and support therapist growth and self-care. Additionally, we provide ongoing professional education and reimbursement for CEUs and certifications.
We offer a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits package including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off including vacation, sick days, and Jewish Holidays.
