The role will encompass all aspects of a business sales transaction, from the initial stages to the final closing of your client's company.
The key duties include:
· Establishing and securing new listings of businesses for sale through networking, direct marketing, and reaching out to business owners
· Conducting business evaluations and preparing marketing packages for your listings
· Collaborating with prospective buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process
· Managing the transaction by working with sellers, buyers, accountants, attorneys, landlords, and all related parties to ensure a smooth and successful completion of the sale
The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following qualities:
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Sales experience
· A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
· Strong resilient work ethic
· The highest levels of integrity and character
· The ability to develop and maintain relationships
· A desire to earn a substantial income
· Previous experience as a business owner is an added advantage
· Comfortable working in a commission-only role with significant commission potential
· Current AZ real estate license
