Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design and innovate mechanical systems infused with advanced control mechanisms.
- Craft meticulous control designs for diverse products, from conceptualization to prototyping, based on detailed mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Develop controls schematics and wiring diagrams utilizing MS Visio.
- Engage in design evaluations, offering insights to enhance functionality, efficiency, and safety.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure project alignment with cost, quality, and time parameters.
- Maintain and enhance design documentation, encompassing technical specs, assembly guidelines, and user manuals.
- Execute controls component development and integration, leveraging Computer-Aided-Design principles.
- Apply expertise in building controls systems.
- Assist in all facets of building controls, including engineering control drawings, configuration, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with Honeywell, KMC control devices, and Niagara software advantageous.
- Adhere to company engineering and software standards for all construction projects.
- Proficiently manage project schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
- Represent E-Solutions with professionalism and responsiveness to clients.
- Provide project programming and system validation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in technical writing and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to discern customer requirements and develop project scopes
- Capability to interpret and implement specifications from mechanical and electrical drawings
- Experience with building automation systems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Visio
- Two or four-year degree or equivalent experience with a focus on electrical components, computers, networks, and control systems, particularly direct digital control systems.
5% travel requirement.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or related field
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Honeywell or KMC controls
- Background in the Nuclear Medicine industry
License/Certifications/Education:
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Tridium N4 Certification or equivalent expertise

Pay: $84,732.02 - $102,042.86 per year
