Heirloom Lodge opened last month in West Stockbridge, MA, and is seeking applicants to fill a position on the front-of-the-house team.
The focuses in the new, open kitchen and dining room are on fresh, produce-driven, European influenced cuisine, classical wine, and exemplary service. Server applicants should possess significant restaurant serving experience, and a desire to learn more about wine. Chef Matt Straus previously owned Heirloom Café in San Francisco, known as a great place to work.
Compensation will be a combination of hourly wage and tips, and will be as high or higher than other restaurants in the region.
