What you'll have…
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Understanding/experience of overall manufacturing processes (Battery preferred) and manufacturing business acumen.
- Minimum 2+ years on major projects.
- Experience implementing large scale projects as a Manufacturing Engineer or Project Manager on new specialized manufacturing lines.
- Familiarity with simulation tools, digital methods: AutoCad / Siemens PLM etc. developing layouts in AutoCAD
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Travel and mobility with short term relocation / ability to work remote is key

- Launch experience in battery assembly.
- Mechanical design stack up understanding.
- Strong understanding of assembly systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Validated project management skills
- Scope of work development proficiency
- PFMEA/FMEA/Risk Assessment proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, TeamCenter, Aurora
