Overview:
We are a non -medical agency that assist individuals with basic daily activities inside their home
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance
- Record customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in the system
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual as needed
- Follow communication scripts to handle different scenarios effectively
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Proficiency in using call center software and systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
