Salary: $17-$19 (depends on experience & availability)

What You’ll Do and Who You Are:
Upon hiring, Right at Home will provide you with a paid orientation and training. You will be able to interact with our administrative staff and get all of your questions answered.
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go. We have a great work culture at Right at Home and look for people with a similar mindset.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Assist with daily living needs offering companionship care
- Take clients for walks, trips to activities or social events, errands etc.
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Simple meal preparations
- Light housekeeping
- Help with Activities of Daily Living such as:
- Personal Hygiene
- Dressing
- Eating
- Maintaining Continence
- Help with Transferring/Mobility
All Clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level.
Must Haves:
- The most important requirement is to have a passion for working with and helping our senior community
- Pass a background test
- Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Current TB clearance
