As a member of our early Customer Experience Team, you are our customer’s first contact at the brand and act as our customer advocate to provide the best possible experience for our Chiyo community. You’ll attend detailed training to become a product expert, knowing the ins and outs of our nutrition programs. You have a basic understanding of nutrition, with an interest in learning more. You’ll have exposure to our product, operations, and marketing team – CX is the heartbeat of our company.
You are an excellent listener and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills––you also enjoy spending the majority of your day interacting via phone, email, and text in a fast-paced work environment. You are motivated to make Chiyo the best possible experience for our customers. Lastly, and most importantly, you are highly empathetic, compassionate, and thoughtful in engaging with customers that upholds the brand and makes customers feel understood, supported, and safe.
