Quirk Auto Dealers is seeking to add a full-time customer service representatives to our growing team. The primary responsibilities of this position include contacting customers to remind them of scheduled vehicle maintenance, notify of vehicle recalls, and inquiring about their experience at the dealership.

Job Requirements:
- Make outbound calls daily to generate business for all Quirk service departments
- Sends professional pre-loaded emails
- Answers incoming telephone calls by using the company developed script to schedule committed appointments
- Plans and prioritizes e-mail leads
- Inputs and logs all activity regarding customer contact
- Updates and purifies customer records
- Promptly and courteously answers in-coming phone calls
- Performs administrative functions regarding the business development
- Maintains and manages customer database by updating and generating prospects as well as ensuring the integrity of the database
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Any other job task as requested by Management
