MANAGEMENT SERVICES TECHNCIAN – SANTA CRUZ DISTRICT / SANTA CRUZ DISTRICT OFFICE
The reporting location for this position is the Santa Cruz District Office in Felton, CA. This position will work under the supervision of the Administrative Officer II.
Responsibilities and support duties related to the Management Services Technician position are: preparation and processing procurement documents, interfacing with vendors and district staff, tracking financial transactions to the computerized accounting Fi$Cal system, and record keeping. This position is critical to the organization of the Business and Fi$Cal operations in the Santa Cruz District. You will find additional information about the position in the Duty Statement.
This position requires a valid Class C driver’s license. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver’s license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.
The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.
This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
