Order Processing Associate and Account Executive
The Order Processing Associate and Account Executive will be primarily responsible for the professional communication with our customers via email and for the accurate processing of orders received via email and customer portals.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone/fax/email and ERP system
- Processing orders daily against established customer requirements.
- Accessing customer portals to retrieve PO and order details.
- Accurate and detailed data entry into company ERP system.
- Ensuring orders are processed within the required lead-time.
- Use of shipping software and customer portals to track order details.
- Printing order acknowledgements, customer packing slips and carton labels required for product shipment.
- BOL creation and scheduling of daily LTL pick-ups.
- Communicating with warehouse staff on daily pick-ups and order status.
- Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Understanding and working within the guidelines of the department procedures and workflow activities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and in a collaborative environment while having strong attention to detail.
