```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a nursing home or assisted living facility
- Follow dietary restrictions and special instructions for individual residents
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean and presentable
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas after meals
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and notify supervisor when items need to be restocked
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
