Your Job Duties
As a FOH Manager, you are the person in charge of the Restaurant daily operations. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with BOH to ensure guest satisfaction with food and communication with FOH. Ensuring that they have prep set, ready and fresh daily.
- Maintaining a safe and secure facility by following and carrying out sanitation standards and procedures, aligning with health and legal regulations, maintain a positive employee relations environment and maintaining the security systems.
- Ensuring guests' satisfaction by touching tables, correcting employee/POS/kitchen mistakes, conducting food and beverage quality checks, and maintaining a managerial presence on the floor.
- Wine and Spirits knowledge in regards to pairing and flavor profiles. Ability to select a well balanced wine menu for the seasonal shifts.
- Celebrating your team members' successes and constructively coaching when performance improvement is needed. Establishing relationships with guests and building regulars & hold your team accountable to do the same.
Qualifications
You have at least three years of experience in a FOH & or BOH supervisory/management role, specifically in a full-service restaurant, dine-in atmosphere.
You are knowledgeable in computers, email, spreadsheets.
You have no issues working 45 plus hours per week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. We're open to discussing what works best for everyone during an interview.
Food Safety Manager & TABC certified.
