SUMMARY
This position requires an enthusiastic individual who listens to customer service issues and offers solutions. Successful candidate will possess strong command of company customer service policies and is well-trained in product knowledge that is vital to offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Field customer questions and complaints. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor product reviews generated from our website and social media sites to ensure timely replies.

Responsible for establishing customer rapport and maintaining high level of professionalism at all times.

Understanding and developing knowledge of customer processes and requirements through working with customer service representatives and sales team.

Support to Sales: Product review, providing appropriate images & pricing to customer via worksheets, price matrix, setting up customers.

Assist with order entry, RMA's and replacement orders.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their orders.

Impact customer's bottom line through problem solving and cultivating repeat business through stellar customer service.

Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Data analysis experience a plus

Experience working with retail customers a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel required.

Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
