Job Description: Edgewater by Del Webb is a Community Association looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our staff with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assists residents, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner both in person and by phone.
· Assist Board and Standing Committee/Commission Chairs with faxing, photocopying, and materials, for meeting and projects. Maintains Board and Committee/Commission Minutes/Notes and assists Community Association Manager in reviewing items requiring action or follow up.
· Handles Accounts Receivable functions by coordinating with the Property Management Company’s accounting office to update residents’ accounting issues and submit/monitor ACH accounts.
· Maintains recorded documents pertaining to the operation of Edgewater by Del Webb, as well as written correspondence between residents and the Board and/or management.
· Excellent customer service to include communication and collaboration with other administrators, managers, and clients.
· Handles delinquency issues for owners including sending out delinquency letters and communicating with these residents regarding their outstanding balances.
· Provides general assistant to CAM, Lifestyle Director, staff, residents, and the Board with miscellaneous tasks as needed, including filling in for absent or vacationing concierge staff members.
· Provides administrative support, I.E., mail distribution, verbal and written communication, file maintenance, supplies, electronic databases, and other inventory controls.
· Assists with creation and revisions of forms and letters for the management office.
· Working knowledge of Association’s Governing Documents, in particular Rules & Regulations and Design Guidelines.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Strong organizational skills – you must know how to keep organized and to determine which tasks are the most important daily.
· Attends Board Meetings and other meetings as designated by the CAM.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Must be able to work well individually as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
· Excellent communication skills are required.
· Detail oriented.
· Courteous
· Speak clearly and intelligently.
· Excellent phone and email etiquette required.
· Ability to deal with stress calmly.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience with Office 365
· Ability to use Windows 10
