Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of the Warehouse Worker is to perform general warehouse functions such as picking, packing, loading, unloading, sorting, binning and return processing. This position provides support to stock and inventory initiatives including physical inventory counts, part relocations, and parts returns and scraping.
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety and Security requirements including but limited to compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, 5S standards and reporting of incidents, accidents, near misses and hazardous conditions.

Pick small and large parts from storage locations to fill customer orders. Verify part number, description, and quantity to ensure proper shipment.

Pack parts according to company and client quality standards to ensure safety during shipment in order to eliminate freight damage

Receive incoming parts for stock keeping purposes. Verify part number, description, and quantity to ensure proper receipt

Stack material in assigned storage location and complete appropriate documentation

Participate in warehouse projects including: stock re-arrangement, cycle counts, warehouse scraps, part re-packaging, and warehouse auditing

Maintain cleanliness of individual work area and participate in general warehouse housekeeping

Operate warehouse material handling equipment including: pallet jack, recycling equipment, packaging machines

Pass and maintain hazardous materials certification and training as required

Maintain minimum productivity and quality to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements on a daily basis
