What You Have
-
A minimum of at least 2 years as a manager in an upscale establishment, hotel experience is preferred.

Tips Certification, Food Safety Certification.

Must be detailed oriented, customer service oriented and organized. • MS Office, Micros POS, Open Table knowledge preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and all spirits, wine, and beer categories.

Exceptional knowledge of classic and world cuisines with ability to develop cocktails that complement the food menu.

Ability to train staff and develop the bar and service teams.

Must be able to stand for periods of time.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have open schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Do

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.

Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service standards are met and the guest experience is exceptional.

Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained daily.

Leads by example in a positive environment, utmost professionalism and adheres to company policies provided in the employee handbook.

Ensure compliance with all F&B policies and procedures by training, supervision, hands on approach, and follow- up.

Ensure team members are aware and certified in all applicable laws regarding alcoholic beverages.

Respond to emergency situations using information contained in Safety Data Sheets; keep SDSs current &easily available.

Working with banquet team to ensure service is of high quality.

Assists in the training of all Food and Beverage associates on beverage and food menus and services.

Assists management in training all associates according to company policy.

Maintains effective cocktail portion control using established pouring methods.
