We are looking for a skilled administrative assistant to join our community standards - resident services team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. To qualify, you must have a minimum of five years office experience. Prior HOA experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: As the administrative assistant, you may:
- Create a variety of reports using your Excel, Word.
- Analyze processes and work with staff and department manager to documents, processes and improvements.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Resident Services Manager, Staff, and volunteers.
- Maintain the accuracy of the information in our databases and records.
- Learn and apply our community rules, architectural modifications processes, and policies.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- May fill in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years office experience.
- A minimum of five years experience using Excel and Word.
- A minimum of five years experience entering and retrieving data and creating reports from databases.
- Ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Solid organizational skills.
