Primary Responsibilities:
In this sole position as our Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Mastering the art of payroll, ensuring team members are compensated accurately and on time.

Championing recruitment efforts, attracting top talent who share our commitment to excellence and compassion.

Orchestrating the hiring process from start to finish, welcoming new team members with a seamless onboarding experience.

Administering benefits packages, LOA, ADA processes, COBRA and Worker’s Compensation.

Providing consultation and guidance to employees and their supervisors, fostering a culture of support, growth, and success.

Keeping us in check with all local, state, and federal HR laws.

Time off is essential for your quality of life and your job satisfaction. We’ll encourage you to take planned time away from work! As a full-time employee, you’ll earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays.
We know planning for your future is important, too. As a full-time employee you may defer part of your compensation to our 401(k) Plan at one year of employment. If you contribute up to 3%, we match your deferral at 100%. If you defer between 3% and 5%, we match your deferral at 50%.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or two-year degree

Minimum two years of experience in your field

Experience with Paycom or other HRIS system preferred
