Join our growing high-performing team at Novian Health, where we are transforming breast care with the introduction of Novilase®, an image-guided laser therapy that offers a minimally-invasive alternative to surgery.
Responsibilities:
As a Medical Device Clinical Representative, you will initially support physician investigators and sites in a pivotal clinical trial, enabling U.S. market clearance for the focal destruction of malignant breast tumors. Your responsibilities will also include supporting physicians in treating benign breast tumors, and potentially supporting product launches in Europe. Upon clearance, you will be responsible for introducing Novilase to the U.S. market, dramatically improving the treatment of early-stage breast cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the Novilase device effectively
- Conduct in-service and training sessions
- Provide support during procedures in the breast center
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate enrollment in the pivotal trial
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders
- Analyze markets and territories to establish sales targets
- Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, radiologists, and breast and cancer center personnel
- Utilize clinical literature to advocate for Novilase over traditional surgery
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or business
- Proven track record in driving device sales, or patient enrollment in clinical trials
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Confidence, diligence, self-motivation, and creativity
- Strategic thinking and customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to be coached and developed
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel within the U.S., and occasionally internationally
- Work permit and valid driver’s license for the country of residence

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
