ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The candidate will forge solid and meaningful relationships with the customers, facility managers, partners and vendors.

Coordinate with project team and subcontractors to execute contracts, oversee personnel and quality control, profitability throughout the life of projects.

Create project schedules to include eqpt delivery, electrical subcontractor efforts and startup/testing activities.

Maintain weekly schedules for projects to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Coordinate onsite efforts to include directing and organizing electrical subcontractor work, responding to field issues and ensuring applicable codes and regulations are followed

Document issues and/or risks that will have an impact on the project schedule or quality of work, and develop alternate solutions to resolve any issues or mitigate identified risks.

Perform pre-job site visits to gather data for developing estimates and installation scopes of work.

Review plans and designs in order to confirm technical accuracy and identify any potential discrepancies or risks to the project. Create alternate solutions for any discrepancies or risks identified.

Estimation and bidding of selected projects.

Review proposals and plans to ensure accurate pricing and gaps in the scope of work.

Plan and supervise onsite startup and/or commissioning of company supplied equipment.

Plan, conduct and document onsite Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for company supplied equipment.

Ensure all installations meet applicable codes and regulations.

Tracking plan rooms and bid sheets for projects within target market.

Coordination with members of management team for bidding and procuring projects.

Manage contracts and change orders.

Coordinate with other members of the project team for project logistics.

Coordinate with other members of management team for the hiring and management of subcontractors.

Update / Inform management of project status, risks, milestones and client issues

The position will require some travel to job sites within the continental United States
