Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).

Provide proactive and comprehensive executive-level support to Vice President of People & Culture including triaging/determining priorities, calendar, email, and travel management, drafting and managing deliverables, assigning/delegating tasks, and interacting on the executive’s behalf with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage/coordinate HR department projects, communication, meetings, activities, including logistics, minutes, action items and deliverables. Provide limited support to department director and support other HR activities as assigned.

Manage Riverton facility reception desk functions including supervising reception desk staff, coordinating desk coverage, and implementing appropriate procedures to ensure a welcoming, professional, and secure reception experience.

Direct the planning and execution of global employee events, stamping activities, and HR/Leadership events, including establishing strategic objectives and measuring success of all events.

Function as a member of the executive office team, including cross training and providing coverage for other team members, ensuring documentation of position processes, and striving for continual improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Extensive experience providing proactive and comprehensive support to senior/C-level Human Resource executives and large work groups, with initiative and ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations, make decisions, and take appropriate action.

Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems, with the ability to create and run reports in benefit and applicant tracking systems. Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws and benefit regulations.

Expert proficiency using business technology tools including Microsoft Office Suite products, project management, timekeeping, travel, expense-reporting tools, etc. Experience in creating/managing HR document control/filing systems.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be able to professionally interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.

Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and work independently in managing complex projects and prioritizing and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
