We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills, strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling meetings for Outside Sales Reps, qualifying sales leads from target lists, initiating emailing campaigns, and assisting sales with operational tasks as needed. This role is often the first point of contact with new customers and business development. If you’re skilled at setting client meetings and overcoming sales objections while working in a fast-paced environment with an incredible team, this could be a great position for you! Job Description:
This position will give you the opportunity to -

Contact potential customer through emails, phone calls, networking, social media and other methods (setting 5+ meetings weekly)

Cold calling, creating email campaigns, and setting meetings for sales

Qualifying leads from provided target lists

Administrative sales tasks as needed

Utilize communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers and sales team

Prospecting new clients from first contact through setting initial appointments

Proactively research/qualify leads as sales opportunities and targets

Execute market-specific sales plan for target customers

Meet and exceed defined sales goals

Leverage and manage social media outreach to set meetings
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

Customer services or sales experience preferred

Knowledge of sales processes and cycles

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Spreadsheet skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow work direction and prioritize assigned tasks, perform basic math calculations accurately, and communicate effectively (both verbally and written)

Ability to work well both independently and as a team

Willingness to stretch current abilities to learn new skills
